Singapore Management University’s Centre for Cross-Border Commercial Law in Asia, University of York and the Singapore Academy of Law are delighted to inform you that registrations for “Modern Studies in the Law of Trusts and Wealth Management: Theory and Practice”, to be held from 30-31 July 2015 in Singapore, are now open.

 

The primary objective of this conference is to bring together the leading thinkers both in academia and practice in the field of trust and wealth management. Speakers from such diverse jurisdictions as Australia, England, Hong Kong, Hungary, Israel, Liechtenstein, Malaysia and New Zealand will convene to discuss how practice and theory interact with modern developments. It is envisaged that this conference will be a continuing series to be held every two years and will become a pre-eminent forum for the discussion of trust law and wealth management matters both within and outside the common law world.
